To be present in the moment requires skill and permission to embrace complexity and paradox. 

Our practice is to notice how the external environment affects us, allowing others' emotions and stories to enrich our experiences. 

Embracing feelings without judgement is essential, moving beyond expectations and assumptions. 

Trusting the ever-changing nature of our senses and emotions is the key to true creativity. 

As artists, we are in constant practice, deepening our understanding of the human condition.
