The purpose of Fitzmaurice Voicework. It's waking your body up. It's really so that it becomes more sensitised to the sensuality and eroticism of life.

It's allowing you remove the blocks, the tensions that have shielded you in a more fight, flight, freeze way so that you don't experience life, because life is tough and hard and difficult, and that's actually a given, and that's a fact.

The actual radical act is to go - I'm actually going to enjoy it. I'm actually going to fall in love with it. I'm actually going to create and choose, moment by moment, each day, what really feeds me and grows me and inspires me, and only you can decide what that is, and that will be different to the next person.
