What is empowerment?

Organic Intelligence® work brings us back to a more authentic way of being with ourselves and the world around us. It involves embracing our bodies in connection to our environment and the people we engage with in the present moment.

Accessing the here and now primarily relies on our senses and felt experiences, not just images and meanings. This embodied experience serves as a foundation for imagination and meaning-making, similar to how writers draw from their present awareness.

Finding meaning in our lives involves feeling liberated to speak up about what matters to us. In supportive collectives, where diverse voices are encouraged, meaningful exchanges flourish.

Currently, the emphasis is on giving voice to differences, challenging binary thinking, and refining our understanding of gender, culture, and ethnicity. This is a vital step for human evolution.

Differentiation allows us to empathetically embrace others' experiences while expressing our own, fostering a new relational field that requires maturity and presence of mind.

True empowerment lies in a collective where diverse thoughts and feelings are valued, unlike the traditional notion of conformity. Embracing uniqueness is essential as we challenge old notions of acceptance based on appearance, gender, race, identity, or sexuality.

In this work, developing our organic intelligence enables us to hold our experiences and empathise with others, leading to true empowerment. It rejects the top-down hierarchical approach in favour of a bottom-up collective approach.
