Communication is Relationship  Reflections will bring your sharing to a whole other level of meaning because we’re not just speaking to be heard and receive no response. We want to know, does it resonate? Does it land with you?  The same applies when we’re working with pieces of text, scripts, or presentations. It’s not about simply presenting something; I’m genuinely interested in people resonating with what I’m sharing. That’s why, if it matters to you, it will matter to me as well. The chances of it truly mattering to me increase when it holds meaning for you.  This is where your unique relationship with the content comes into play. Your specific connection and understanding of it inspire me to listen more attentively. This individualised rapport and specificity are exceptionally significant.  After all, communication is about building a relationship. It’s not a one-way street where I dictate, and you simply listen.
